Many people have their holiday wreaths nailed to
their doors, but here in the baking department, we are spreading festive cheer.
There are many chocolates, each one having its own
flavors; we started with bounty chocolate because it's an easy recipe to
make...Plus this time of year we should be posting more chocolate, cookie, and
cake recipes for your enjoyment. Let's move on to the sweet feast.
They are such melting sweethearts. They will just
melt in your mouth.. We use dark chocolate because we heard dark chocolate is
good for the heart. The filling is also moist and flavorful.
The following ingredients are used:
A quarter cup of dark chocolate chips
Half a cup of desiccated coconut
1/3 cup of condensed milk
Half a tablespoon of coconut oil
Chocolate chips and condensed milk were used in
this recipe
Make a sticky mixture by adding coconut oil to
desiccated coconut on a plate. Add condensed milk and mix well. Make round
balls by shaping the coconut mixture into small balls and setting them aside.
Take your dark chocolate chips on a plate and
microwave them for 50 seconds, checking once in a while. This will melt the
chocolate perfectly.
Once you have coated them well with chocolate, roll
out your coconut balls in the sauce and roll them well in the chocolate sauce.
If you take more chocolate sauce, you can dip those into it at once and remove
them. But we preferred to use less chocolate.
You can serve them in your favorite wrap after
setting them in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours.
Making these delicious bounty chocolates at home should be a fun experience for you. Don't forget to send them to your child's school for the new year. They are sure to be delighted to receive them.
In addition, you can wrap the chocolate in beautiful wrappings to give them as gifts for the new year or Christmas.
Tip 1: When adjusting condensed milk, please adjust it according to your sweet tooth.
Tip 2: Coconut oil keeps the inside of the chocolate super moist and flavorful.
Tip 3: If you want the chocolate coating to be
smooth, melt more chocolate and dip the balls rather than coating them.
